The Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expos are back in 2020! Last year, over 500 prospects showcased their talents in front of 100+ college programs, in addition to the 150+ college programs that consume our coverage and analysis online on a daily basis.

If you are a current prospect seeking college exposure, media coverage, an increase or entry into our prospect rankings, and/or an opportunity to compete against the top talent in the state, then the Top 250 Expo is a can't miss event for you this fall.

Led by our hand-selected team of experienced event directors, recruitment specialists, and coaches, when you attend the Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expo, you are attending the most seasoned and professional fall showcase events in America.

The event will be streamed LIVE and stored for future viewing on BallerTV.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 Expo is the #1 fall league for college exposure and elite competition. All games will be streamed and stored for future viewing on BallerTV. Prep Girls Hoops Scouts will be in attendance and watching on BallerTV providing media coverage.

Competition, Exposure, and Apparel. With your registration fee you're securing your spot in the nation's #1 fall showcase series and you'll receive an exclusive Prep Girls Hoops reversible jersey that's yours to keep.

Each Top 250 Expo will be led by a Prep Girls Hoops Event Director who will speak to the group about the recruiting process. Players will then break out into their pre-assigned team and play live 5 on 5 games in a play-sit-play-sit-play sit format. Players will be coached by local college and high school coaches. All players will receive equal playing time.

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic parents and spectators will not be allowed inside the venue to watch the event.

Parents can stream the event live on BallerTV.

We will be doing temperature checks at the door for everyone entering the venue. You must register a temperature of 100.3 degrees or below to enter the building.

Facemasks will be required to worn at all times, except when players are playing. This means during off games players must wear their facemasks.

All team benches, scorer's tables, and basketballs will be sanitized between games.

The deadline to register will be on Monday the week of the event. However, due to COVID-19 we are accepting a limited number of participants and may shut down registration early if the event becomes full.

We strongly suggest registering as soon as possible to guarantee your spot.

Doors will open and check-in will begin 1 hour prior to the event start time.

All registered participants will receive a welcome kit email the week of the event.

Event Insurance Purchased
Customers can request a refund for no reason up to 24 hours prior to the event. If inside of 24 hours, a 50% refund or credit towards a future event will be offered. Any notification received after the event has started only a credit towards a future event will be offered, there will be no refund in this scenario.

Event Insurance Not Purchased
Contingent on a signed physician's note, we will offer a full refund or credit towards a future event if we are more than 48 hours out from the event. If we are within 48 hours, we will offer a 50% refund or future event credit. Additionally, if we get an inquiry post event no later than 48 hours after the event we will offer the same thing, a 50% refund or future event credit.
 

If we are forced to cancel an event due to COVID-19, you tested positive, you were exposed to someone who tested positive, or you cannot attend due to travel bans, you have the following refund options:

  1. A 100% credit rollover to an open Top 250 in 2020 in another state
  2. A 100% credit rollover to 2021 Top 250s
  3. A 100% refund up to 24 hours prior to the event

Note: if you are unable to attend an event and we receive your email after the event has occurred, a physician's note or proof of a positive test must be scanned and emailed to events@prepnetwork.com.
